We would highly recommend Lumi to our family and friend if they needed AC work. We are very pleased with the new air conditioning system they installed. They were very professional. We have an attic ladder that they needed to remove in order to get the new unit up into the attic. After the installation, you would never notice that the ladder was removed and reinstalled. The new unit installation looks better than the original unit the builder had installed when the house was built in 2015. They removed all the parts from the old system and left all the areas they were working in clean. The price was much better than the other three estimates we received. Even better than the estimate from the company that installed the original unit. Their labor warranty is twice the time of all the other companies as well. Great price, great work, and great warranty. We are happy we chose Lumi.

There aren’t enough words to truly express how good of an experience we had with Lumi! Yes, you could choose another company but you would not be making the best choice. It’s rare to be able to say that someone is truly running a good business these days, but Lumi really is. These guys are by far the best value with the absolute best quality of service. They are not pushy and actually listen to what you need. No one WANTS to have to replace their AC unit, but if you do these guys will make it as painless as possible! They came out the next day after overnighting our new unit, and they even drove a portable AC unit to our house the night before so that we could sleep more comfortably! Choose Lumi next time you need something for your AC - you won’t regret it!

These guys were great. I'm a new home owner and a chronic overthinker. I wanted to know everything about the replacement of my AC unit and they answered every question. I had 3 people come out for a quote, and these guys were the only ones that would go into my attic to check things out. They do top notch work with attention to detail for an incredible price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Being a young inexperienced female home owner, I've had a lot of companies take advantage of things. Not with these guys! And they worked with my only day off by rearranging THEIR schedule for me! They also fixed things from previous workers just so that whenever I get service again, it will be easier on myself and the next contractor. However, I don't think I will be using anyone else besides these guys. Thanks Joseph and Edgar!
